Microwaving A Car Battery

Sunday, June 20th, 2010

Be WARNED: This is the most boring item I have ever microwaved. More boring then the 100 pack of CD Roms episode. I did episode because most of my fans have been requesting it for such a long time so here it is. I microwaved a Mercedes Benz car battery in the strongest microwave I have which is a 1800 watt Kenmore 2.2CFT. I microwaved it for ten minutes which I thought was plenty of time and nothing. I tried another 2:10 minutes and still nothing. The size and mass is far too great for any conventional microwave even on high. It only got hot to the touch so I atleast tried and I am the first to microwave a car battery.Remember, microwaving food is for morons. This show is for entertainment purposes only, so please DO NOT ATTEMP these experiments at home. Experiments are produced in a professional enviroment with proper saftey equipment. Starting a Car with a Toy Plane Battery

Thursday, June 17th, 2010

Okays, so I had a car with a flat battery. My jump starter died some time back, and all my friends who could have jump started the car were out. Now on paper I knew that the little batteries I use to fly the model planes should be able to have a good go at jump starting a car..but the ultimate test is always does it work in practice. 10 minutes later I had soldered up some junk I had and was ready to give it a go. Win Blog! ;-)
